Map of Hellbound

I can't find any information on the internet. How the hell does one get the Map of Hellbound, so I can open my map (Alt + M) inside the Hellbound?

it doesn't open on hellbound, this is normal behavior for any game chronicles, look at the map on the internet with the locations of monsters on it and compare in the game

I thought that you can get the map with some sort of quest.

no, it is always unavailable as far as I know
