I got bug, help please

Good afternoon.
I got strange bug on my character, and no idea how to solve this. I still have equiped Morai shield lvl 3, no matter what i do i cant get a rid of it. When i unequip it, its still equiped (as shown on picture). It seems unequiped until i close inventory, after closing its equiped again. So i cant use my sigil or any other shield.

Good afternoon.

Once equipped on your character, log out with that character, log in with another character on the same account, and execute the .repair command.

After that, login back into your character and check if the bug has been fixed.

Tried, first it seems to be fixed, but once i equiped my sigil the bug is back.

So sorry, idk where i left my brain. I just success by simply deleting that shield.
