I think the exchange does not accept my enchanted weapon. I have +4 Heaven's Divider LVL1, Dynasty Blade, Green 14, and 55 stones. It says I can not upgrade to LVL2...

How to remove enchants from weapon?

I don't know why you had this situation, I can only assume that you had a weapon equipped that participates in the improvement.
