Is there a way to reduce hp regeneration of raid boss in Celestial Atlantis?
There is no way i can kill it,i make full debuffs and the hp regeneration of this rb is crazy.

Hello. If you are talking about the Witch at the entrance, then use the overlord debuff or something similar that completely stops regeneration

its for under 70% hp.
i make him quite good damage and after 2 secs gets full hp again.

yes the entrance boss but still. seal of limit is only until 70% hp.
when i hit it about 1kk dmg instantly full hp

well,i cant find any debuff that stops the hp regeneration.
also seal of limit from dominator is not debuff for hp regeneration.
it stops hp going up from 70%.
if you have on your mind any debuff that stops the hp regeneration,would help a lot
