I can't find any information on the internet. How the hell does one get the Map of Hellbound, so I can open my map (Alt + M) inside the Hellbound?

It's possible. Don't remember after failing the enchant if it was equipped or not.

Some person helped me and gave 7 BEWS, after failing the enchant i finally was able to upgrade.
