i went inside valakas,waited 12 mins and started lagging and getting criticals errors. i put limit 180 seconds but when i enter,im in town...

in beast farm you take golden pouches and 2nd level buffalo and cougars have the create item lvl 10.

well,i cant find any debuff that stops the hp regeneration.
also seal of limit from dominator is not debuff for hp regeneration.
it stops hp going up from 70%.
if you have on your mind any debuff that stops the hp regeneration,would help a lot
