ok so it doesn't matter if u oneshot them or anything else nothing plays in the factor of the item being droped right?

do the instances work for droping jewels? or is there some kind of prerequirment to complete for it to drop? i have done 4days worth of instances and more. x2 chars with x7 raids that u can do in the instance the amount is more than 56 times and yet never any jewel has been droped it is 15% not 1% s...
